This oceanside oasis has four bedrooms, a spacious, screened-in deck, and a private, heated pool and spa. You’ll feel like a local in this quiet residential area, while still being super close to the beach and a short drive or bike ride from local shops and restaurants. The bright, Caribbean-inspired teal facade and swaying palm trees welcome you to the Salty Shamrock. The main level living area is bright and open, with soaring vaulted ceilings and lots of windows that allow the natural light to flood in. A plush, neutral sectional sofa faces a large flat screen HDTV, creating the perfect place to curl up with your favorite TV show and a big bowl of popcorn. Nearby, a formal indoor dining table has seating for six. Slide the glass doors open to reveal the airy screened-in porch. Complete with a comfy outdoor sofa and a large alfresco dining table, your group will love to kick back and relax in this easy, breezy space.
