We are proud to feature this gorgeous, custom-built, professionally designed, private home. This 4 bedroom/6.5 bathroom island home has it all - a block to the beach, ensuite bathrooms for all bedrooms, backyard oasis with heated pool/spa, observation deck with gulf views and so much more. The first level of the home has 3 bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms, laundry closet with full-size washer & dryer, half bath, covered porches and staircase to the fabulous pool area. The light and bright kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, island w/large farmhouse sink and breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to make a quick snack or gourmet meal. Your family can enjoy a meal at the kitchen counter, dining table or by the pool under the covered dining area. Head up the stairs to the master suite and the built-in bunk room! Plus two additional full baths to rinse off the day at the beach. The bunk area features 4 twin trundle beds with 2 flat screen TV’s and Xbox gaming station.
